2. I received a winning notice, but how do I know if it is legitimate?
If the notice requests a fee for receiving your prize or your Social Security or bank account numbers, it is likely a scam. A legitimate win will come directly from the contest sponsor or prize agency, not from a hotmail email address or any other suspicious email origin and will contain easily readable contact information for the sponsor. Finally, if you did not enter the sweepstakes, you did not win the sweepstakes. It pays to track your entries.

3. Is there a membership fee?

5. What do I do if I did not receive my prize?
The sweepstakes and contests sponsors are responsible for sending out prizes. You should have received contact information in your winning notice. If you win, be sure to keep a copy of the email notice you receive and even print the screen if possible.

6. What do I do if I forgot my username and password?
Simply Contact Us, and a reminder will be sent to the email address you provided to us.
